thanks to everyone. they are spicy snack stick that i smoked at 150 for about 5 they bump up the temp to 175-180 till the internal temp hit 160. oh i also dried them in the smoker prior to smoking them with just heat and no smoke!!!

Nice looking stick. looks like they turned out perfect.

what recipe did you use?  a mix ? and what size casing ?

I have made probablyy 100# of them this year and those look as good as any I have made.

thanks uncle_lar the recipe is my own almost to my hot link one. and i used 19mm casings they turning out so damn good there almost all gone!!!
