You might be about half way depending on if and when you get a stall. I usually get my stalls from 155 to 170 or so. Had one stall for 9 hours once without budging. Looks great.
 
Wow, a 9 hour stall!  That's one stubborn pig!!!

Will keep you all posted on the dreaded Stall.

I am liking our GMG so far, too.  It does a great job of holding a steady temp which seems like one of the challenges of smoking meat.

Yeah, spot on temp control.... I often will do a night smoke with no worries. Ya have the DB or JB model ? BTW, there is a pellet smokers group on here that has some good info & discussion.... If your interested, let me know and I can send ya the link to it if you'd like.... Lookin forward to how your smoke turns out ! Doing a couple pork shoulders myself today !
 
Just checked it. It's at 165. I mopped it and turned it over bc the bottom half was quite a bit darker than the top.
