Another big thanks to you and Nepas for the ideas/recipe.
I made a 20lb batch today and after seeing your pics with the grilled onions/peppers on top I had to try it. I happened to have a couple Picnics in the freezer I bought last week on sale, and this looked like the perfect opportunity to put them to good use. I used all pork rather than your beef/pork mixture. Definately a big hit with my wife and I and I think we'll be making some more soon.
