Bacon wrapped pork loin, beer braised brats, onions and peppers for the brats, marinated chicken breasts, baked beans with pulled pork, corn with jalapenos. Also made wings and salmon, but they went on later.

When I was looking at grills, the fact that it has a light installed didn't even register as important. As soon as I started to cook on it and turned the light on, I realized just how handy it is to have on it.
 
Congrats on the new smoker, nothing like filling up a big smoker and smoking everything in sight!
