Dan.. that looks great! Great job on tackling a brisket!

That baked bean recipe is my favorite and I only wish I could say it was mine

Like all of the forum submitted recipes in the book, I asked for submissions and that one (Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans) was submitted by our very own @Dutch  who is an admin. It is definitely my go to recipe when I want to impress.

I am very glad that you liked it.

Hello dan feltner and welcome to the fun.  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  The trial and error method works well.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

Dan, good job. Everybody likes different things, that's what makes BBQing so great. You can fix exactly what you and your family enjoy. I have said in other posts when I do ribs I fix them 3 different ways so everybody will be happy. Remember the more you cook the easier and better it will get.
