This is my first & maiden run with this one, Have the new ThermoWorks dual Smoke setting on side table that is so darn accurate & very fast with the monitor in my pocket. What a nice new setup even with the entry level Maco smoker I had quite decent & favorable piece of meat. Added 3 pictures of my modified Maco Smoker with addition of casters 11/29/16 So much easier to move under shelter & back out to slab to use.
