1 Cup water with 1 tsp cure #1
4oz teriyaki mix, think its Sausage Maker
2 Tbs teriyaki powder.

This is half of mine that i'm going to smoke in another smoker.
In my MF Gasser. Using hickory chips for the smoke.
Other half is in my Bradley with the nacho cheese sticks for my friend.

Here are my sticks.
On the left are the MF gasser smoked sticks.....on the right are Bradley smoked sticks.

Bradley $ shot. As you can tell there is no major difference.
Got mine cut and vac sealed.
I think these might be going north when my daughter comes down to visit in 2 weeks.
