I just took a peek at my Tabasco hot sauce sitting on charred oak, may add to it this summer and let it go another year or two.

Very impressive sauces. I have a request. I have a batch of Purple Death/Black Dragon peppers that I would like to turn them into something good. Would you be willing to teach a new guy?
Depend on what you want, do you want to ferment them. Do you want a thin liquid, thick? Hot Mild with a hint of sweet, do you want t age it on charred oak, There is a ton of options.
