My 1st Fatty

I'm 43 and have never heard of or tasted a Fatty until today. I have missed out on soooo much in life.

Here is my first attempt at a Fatty.

Tennessee Pride HOT Country Sausage
Hot Capicola Ham
Hot pepper cheese

I'm hooked bad! Found myself dreaming up fatty #2 last night.

I'm going to go sweet for my wife and Dylan. Thinking of sweet sausage, apple chunks, cinnamon, and maple syrup for the stuffing..wrapped in a maple bacon weave. Served with some eggs and hashbrowns Sunday morning.
