I have to confess. I had no patience in this smoke............I think the bird ate the smoke.....It was over before I knew it was smoking...That is why we smoke to IT not by time

I second the vote that the color is spot on. Turkeys are a wonderful smoke. Everyone is so impressed when you cook one. 

Very seldom do I have "patience" with the smoke. But when you bring those birds into the kitchen everyone is so impressed. 

Just wish you'd come down to TX and help me build a UDS. Want one badly.

car cruise Aug 17. Expect 50+ vettes+ a lot of other cars and trucks. Their is a 3 day slammer show here that w/e. I know a vette isn't a good ride to haul a UDS. But your welcome to come up.I have a place for you to crash. We can whip out a UDS and hit the cruise. Bring the family if you want. Bring the Vette and a truck.
