I started work this week and haven't had a chance to smoke until now. Man, I missed it! The only time I had to smoke this week was a short window of opportunity today so I took advantage of it. Picked up some Johnsonville Brats at the store and threw them in. Smoked them for 3 hrs at 225 and used mulberry exclusively.

I like mulberry. It was a light, slightly sweet, smoke flavor that complimented the brats nicely. I would definitely do this again.

The brats look great dawn.
