yeah wildflower i took the bones out and tucked em right in the pan they fit perfectly and all the fat dripped out the drainage holes

They looked so good I had to find some of those mini loaf pans.
I couldn't find any out here in CA, so I did what everyone does when looking for a product. I googled them.

I have 6 pans coming, can't wait to try these out.

how big are the little 'pans' themselves? i am shopping for some and i dont want to buy the wrong size.

i think they are like 2" x 4" and a couple inches deep, perfect thigh size
