Mountain man breakfast

Christmas Eve brunch. Dutch oven breakfast casserole. Brown some hash browns, add some meat (I used bacon in one and ham in the other) then dump in some eggs. I added 16 eggs per casserole. Melt some cheese and serve.

Thanks. What size oven did you get? The liners kinda take away from the cast iron. Kinda like using a pellet smoker to smoke lol.
