Mother of all Chuck Roasts 7.12 lbs

Sent some home with parents for them, and neighbors, sent some to my son. My GF, and her son took out a good hunk. I love the prep/cooking process, like to eat a little myself fresh that day or night, and then give the rest away for others to enjoy. Family, Friends, Co-workers, GF Co-workers. Once again thank you ALL for looking and comments. I enjoy it. Best Chuck Roast I ever cooked. I think with that cut, the bigger the better for low n slow BBQ
