More Tartine

Got another tartine going. Couple I made last week I gave to friends.
Did all SnF bulk rise overnight, this is what I woke up to this morning. Shape and into basket. Lots of bubbles so I had to work it out with the shaping.

Going to do a 24 hour cold ferment....Now coffee time.

My normal baskets are Bulka, I dont have a small oval so I have to use the nasty wood wound one.

My starter is really active , but I don't get that kind of response .
I mixed some up this morning .
Love that Bulka wood pulp basket . Hoping for the oval one for Christmas .

So I had my own starter, but a neighbor had a 50 year old one. I am getting great oven spring.
