Nice job Rick… great looking loaves! My Mom just got into making SD again after some health issues… and offered some starter. I am looking forward to trying my hand at baking.

Fresh milled hard white.

FMF Hard red/white. This is the black garlic loaf.

I hear ya on that, I went down the rabbit hole. Now I have some starter coming from a Member and ...... off I go now.

Thanks to Rick , Dave and a couple others.
Now to figure how to put my twist on this after I learn how to do it right first.

Yeah I been getting lots of regulars asking for loafs.
