Been really busy and not posted much.

Here are some recent breads I been making.

First
Sourdough bagels. Its a process for sure.
Organic Central milling BF.

Biblical Ezekiel bread

Farmers Storehouse organic BF.
Left is SD, Golden flax, black sesame seed.
Right is Milled 9 grain

SD Honey & oat and plain SD.

I've only made them with discard and that is tedious enough
