What's up folks? Been lurking off and on here for a bit. Have gotten some answers to questions by simply browsing as a guest. I love cooking on the grill and I also have a electric smoker but I don't use it but about 3 time a year. Hoping to turn that around this year so I'm here to ask and learn!
