More Football Munchies - Potato Chips Crusted Chicken Fingers!

For Thursday night football I decided to fix something different for dinner tonight.  I made Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Fingers and they were really tasty and easy to make.  Here's my bird-views and my recipe link.  Your kids will love this recipe.....Enjoy!

dannylang - I bet you could smoke these potato chips crusted chicken strips.  you would probably put them on some sort of tray so the chips won't fall off.  Now you got my taste buds wanting to try that lol.............let me know if you try them before I do.​

 I'm going to try it next weekend with a few changes.  I will use plain potato chip instead of Sour Cream & Onion - because I think the smoke will take over the flavor.  Should be pretty interesting.
