More cheese

    Seeing how the cheddar worked out well, and it has cooled off, thought I'd try some Muenster and Monterey Jack. I'll let you know how it turned out in a month or so.

    Cut into smaller chunks


    Used a mix of apple and cherry pellets


    Smoker stayed in low 60's


    After a 3 hour smoke and rest, then vac packed

     
  2. It looks good. I bet it will be tasty after the rest. I will be smoking cheese soon since it is cooling off here.

    That looks great, like CW said nice color, I have to get to making me some for Christmas gift baskets.

    Looks good I hate the waiting but it is worth it. If you do more try a Horseradish Cheddar

    I was thinking that or a bacon cheddar. Either one would be pretty awesome.
