More butt!

I'm smoking a butt today at 250 on my MES 30 using AMNS with Apple and hickory dust. I injected it at 6:00 am and put in smoker at 8:00 am. I rubbed it with Jeff's rub.

How is the Dust working for you? Typically Dust is great for Cold Smoking, but tends to burn very fast at temps over 180°F. This was the reason Todd developed the AMNPS Pellet Smoke Generator. The Pellets work at any temp...JJ
