Ok, this weekend I did some hens on the rotisserie, some pastrami in the GOSM and now it's time for a butt in the Rf.. I have tomorrow off butt I thought I'd get started today.

Smothered in spicy brown mustard then slowly rubbed up.. Back in the icebox for now..

3 hrs in.. IT 122. I'm gonna drop her down in the pan at the stall (160-165)

or after my next two splits, whichever comes first.

 
Ohh nice.. stall number 2. She went from 172 down to 169 and has been there for an hour.
