I have the brinkman trailmaster limited edition for about 2 years now and just getting around to doing some mods. Seems like anything I've read about them they all leak around the smoker door. Mine does as well, I guess I just got use to cooking around it. But I just installed some clamps and high heat fireplace caulking good for up to 600 deg.
