Using my old MES 40" that the controls lasted about two years. Modified with PID controller a couple of years ago, work great.

Sunday we'll be trying Jeff Shotgun shell recipe using Jimmmy Dean reagular breakfast sausage and SOMKED SALMON. Last time I did salmon somebody from Washington state said we nailed it.
