modification on horizontal smoker.

heard about a baffle that would help on horizontal smoker witih smokebox attached. can any one help me out.

Yes a baffle will make a difference. Check these threads out on modifying horizontal smokers. I hope this helps. In the mean time drop into roll call & introduce yourself.

has worked very well for me. there is a link within that thread that will take you to some quick-and-dirty, out-of-the-box mods as well, which will be great until you have the money or materials to build your own modifications or have them fabricated.
