I have seen a few threads talking about the "Minion Method" can someone please direct me to a post explaining this? I haven't seen anything and was just wondering what it was. Thanks all!

If you're going to fire up your smoker for more than a couple hours, I'd highly recommend using the Minion method. It'll reduce the amount of effort you'll need when it comes to messing with your coals.
Seems most folks get at least 6 hours of smoke time when using this method (some get twice that much time).
