Hi all,
I know it's not a smoker but I built this for a bit of fun before building my next smoker.
It's made out of a 15kg gas cylinder.

The cooking grate is only 17" long.

I'm doing a patio sized smoker next.

Regards

Michael.

Hello Micheal.  I do hope you can make the Meet if only for the day.  I know we would get along great.  I built a few wild things for fun back in my welding days.  I'll tell ya, If you add a charcoal grate and an ash clean out on the "ash" end; I'd bet you could sell those!  The Missus and I often grill a couple ribeyes for a meal.  Good hot coals and 2-3 minutes each side and done.  That little grill would be perfect, not to mention the novelty of it sitting in your garden.  Portable little grills do sell well.  As you know many folks here only grill burgers ans sausages and the fact they can take that to the seaside is a plus.  GREAT job.  Keep Smokin!
