Might As Well Make Sticks

Since i should stay put for while i might as well do my thing.

5 lbs of willies sticks ready to get mixed. Cure into 1/4 cup distilled water.

Mix the cure water with 10T willies mix.

Dough hook on the KA for mixing. Put in container for stuffing/smoking tomorrow.

2nd batch is 2.5 lbs of Owens BBQ mix.
Did the same way as the willies.

The resort is getting empty fast. The canadians have to be back in Canada by the 24th. If they get sick here their medical ins will not cover them.

Not going to happen today. Gotta take my wife for a check up with her chemo doc.
She had a mamogram done 2 weeks ago, met with her surgeon last week. All negative and she is good to go and dont need to see him until next year.

My wife surprised me the other day. She got me a new toy. AR15 on the bottom with a laser scope.
