Middle of the summer stew!

When it's 85 degrees I normally wouldn't make stew but all the wife wanted was roasted veggies for dinner! I wanted more than that. I would have made this in the DO but decided to use the milk can instead.

Here's what's in the can:

Taters, corn, celery, carrots, onion, garlic. Thyme, salt, pepper.
3 pounds of beef cut into 1" cubes. Marinated in Worsty, salt, pepper, garlic. Seared on all sides then put in can.

2 Deschutes Black Butte Porter beers

4 cups beef broth

1 can tomato paste

Takes about 45 minutes-1 hour once you see steam coming out the vent.

Thanks David! I really wanted to cook in the can so this fit the bill. Of course the can cooks a great chuckie too!
