Michigan newbie to the forum but not new to smoking meats!

Cool site and great info guys!

I use a Weber 22.5 Smokey Mountain, Weber 22.5 kettle, and a Weber old school genesis silver gas grill.

I'm new to the electric smokers and have posted a question about the electric smoker forum if anybody wants to peak in and give me a suggestion or any info it would be great...has to do with the Cajun Injector Smoker that seems to be a POS.

Thanks again and I hope to share many of my out of the box smoking recipes with everybody in the future.
