Hi my name is Steve, I am from Michigan. I am pretty new to smoking, just picked up a Smoke Hollow #8. We just recently had a car cruise near my house, I loaded up the smoker and made 7 slabs of baby backs for everyone at our location. They came out great, I did forget to bring my camera, so no pics. Any I am glad I stumbled on to this site, great information.
