I thought Mettwurst was a fermented spreadable sausage?
I suppose it could be (like liverwurst or braunsweiger?). While looking for recipes I found fermented, un-fermented, fresh and smoked. Who knows?
UMAi had a mix for it in their Salumi section and I went with it.
Actually spreadable would be cool!
