If I were to use this to smoke fish would it leave a smell and ruin other smokes. Would it add fish scents in the meats and sausages?

The occasional fish smoke will not affect the smoker but if the MES is used primarily for fish, especially fatty fish, you may notice a slight fishy taste on a " once in awhile " Chicken...JJ
