Do not know how to say this... But here goes.....I load the cold smoker Shute
With pellets turn the electric on to light pellet then turn eye off and let pellets
Burn. For the smoke.. Kept eye to make sure no flare ups. Empty ash drawer
On cold smoker once been smoking now at 90' for 4 hrs using no electric except
To light pellets. Welcome any comments

I can use pellets in the Masterbuilt cold smoke attachment? I thought it was only for chips. What about the chip tray in the MES?
