Started early yesterday morning

Paprika was first


4 coffee filters Hickory and Cob Pellets 2 + hrs


Next up was London Broil for dried beef cured with TQ 10 days

Smoked for 5 hrs IT was 158 when pulled


Looks great will slice in a week Thanks Bear sorry no step by step


Next up was c farmers Mac & Cheese Thank You Adam

Smoker set at 279* for 2 hrs.

No boil is easy but I prefer my old way

Boy you sure had a good day Richie. 3 smokes in one day. I love smoked paprika but have only done Hungarian--don't think I've ever had Spanish paprika. The dried beef will go great in some more SOS and smoked mac and cheese is always a winner at our table.

Gary  Thank You the MES did good that day! being as we needed something else for dinner I did the fried chicken on the kettle,came out great crispy skin.I get that big contain for $2.99 I have been using a lot of the smoker Paprika
