Merry Christmas from Kentucky

I am from Bowling Green, KY, I have been watching the dumpster at the Corvette factory near here for parts to build a fast smoke without luck so I went the normal route.  

I bought a Smoke Hollow 30162E Electric Smoker the other day and after browsing the forums for tips have tried it out a few times already.  I am a newbie at smoking, did charcoal once 30 years ago with a borrowed smoker.
