Did a rack of ribs last weekend. So as NOT to have anymore Sunday driveway specials, I relocated the smoker to the front porch.

I’ve noticed the wind doesn’t get over there as much and the fire and temps are a lot more stable.

Slathered with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce.

As such, these ribs ran a tad long at 5 hrs 18 minutes and were falling off the bone when I went to cut them, yet still tasty and delicious, but I see why fall off the bone ribs aren’t as good as ribs with a nice gentle bite to them. Mushy ribs are NOT as good.

But there was nothing left after I finished the leftovers the next day.
