Having the family over today. So decided to throw some ribs on the smokers. 4 slabs on the RT700 and 2 on the WSM. 3 St. Louis and 3 baby backs. Hope everyone has a great day!

Looks like a good start. Weather permitting I'll be doing a butt and ribs on Monday.

Be sure to let us know what was the family fave...the WSM smoked or the RT700 smoked.
It was about 50/50 on the ribs. Myself I definitely like the WSM ribs better myself. But they were all pretty good!
