I haven’t used one I have a razor and a blackstone for camping if you are on fb check out the griddle group by the flat top king. All brands are on there most people like them for the price. I think all brands have a flaw if the price is right I can look the other way as long as it can produce good grub ,I think blackstone has a following much like yeti owners imo you don’t have two spend the most to get the best of whatever gadget your looking at good luck
Question :?
Do you have access to a grill ?
May want to look @ getting a nice Griddle to put on Yur grill or even Yur Stove !
I got a nice one from BBQ GUYS.
FYI: Get the smaller size easier to adapt to, can buy a 2nd one if needed to
Little griddle is the brand name : Stainless steel , Its nicely built strong.
Can be put on the stove or grill
Both of them are a real good price right now. For the money it'd be worth a shot. See how much you actually use it, then upgrade down the road if it makes sense.
You'd have to violate JckDanls 07's rule of smoking manhood on the gas though.
No reason you cant use something like Elf@shore suggested on your charcoal grill though. The one Sam's sells is a cheap introductory one. Might be hard to control temp on it. It would let you know if its something you want to invest more on someday. Make sure it fits your grill.
Well I was at sams club today after work and they had a 5 burner pro griddle for a great price. under 300 dollars! It is bigger than I want but, can you get parts for it down the road? Its a great looking griddle. May not be there long....
I bought a Member's Mark ss 6 burner grill with a side burner and a side searing grill from Sam's about 6-7 years ago and it has been a great grill in that time. When I say stainless steel I mean the whole thing except the burners that are brass. Haven't had any problems with the igniter either. I have been looking at a pellet smoker from them but haven't yet decided I really need one at this moment. Maybe if they go on sale I'll bite.
That being said, I would have no problem getting a griddle from them. From what I've read their return is very easy. If you buy it and don't like they'll take it back with no questions asked. Or maybe a question or two.
