Member Level Tags

Hi all,

So I've noticed that there are Member Level Tags (Smoke Blower, Mopper, Smoke Fanatic, etc)  labeled under everyones screen name.  From what I read, you get advanced via starting x number of posts, but I can not find any threads stating how many posts = what levels.  Does anyone know what these are, or where to find the post that defines them?
