I did some ribs and cilantro lime corn but was too photo impared to be able to share. A buddy did some pretty good chipotle wings...again photo impared so it didn't happen. However, I can prove I did whip up some scotch eggs early one weekend AM. The neighbor camper and I enjoyed them.
Also did some pizzas after the races each night Fri, Sat, and Sun. This is the in-the-daylight practice run:
