Hello from Moss Bluff La. I love smoking on my offset smoker and today I am going to

try Jeff's recipe for smoked bacon and sausage flatty. The rub and sauce from Jeff's recipe is

wonderful and everyone loves it. I will try to post a pic of the flatty once its done.
