Meatloaf and Mac-nCheese

Smoked my first bacon wrapped meatloaf and a Mac-n-cheese with bacon, onion, jalapeños, and cherry peppers. Came out pretty damn good.

Smoked Mac-N-Cheese is awesome, but to really get the smokey flavor it needs to be stirred a few times during the smoking process.
