That has to be one of the prettiest colors I have seen on wings.
Those wings have fantastic color. Bet they were great. One question. Does the lime juice acidity start to cook the chicken at all after soaking for a day?
No I didnt think they were mushy at all...but what was interesting was that the lime flavor was strongest in the wing tips! Not sure why...but I dont care!Or does it make them mushy?

AWWW I aint worried! the wings were in for 3 hours @ 225* and the ribs were in for 5 hours.Oh my! I can't wait for the "chicken fat dripping on the pork" comments. LOLOL
