Saturday - Boston Butt went on at 4pm, cant wait to have it for dinner tomorrow night. Injected with mixture of 4oz Stubbs honey pecan BBQ, 4oz apple juice and 1/4 cup of Jeff's rub. Rubbed with Jeff's rub. Can't wait to pair with an asian cole slaw on kings Hawaiian bun.
