Meat sticks

  1. My 9 year old daughter loves my cheddar meat sticks so last night she helped me stuff 5 lbs of cheddar for the kids & 5 lbs of jalapeño & inferno cheese for the MSU game tomorrow night

  6. Thanks & yes most of the time. I mixed & stuffed your kielbasa today will smoke tomorrow the red wine gives it great flavor, getting ready to stuff some mushroom Swiss brats & finish them in a hot water bath till 152. We'll see how they turn out.

    The red wine flavor in the patty test is good, slow smoked, it changes into an amazing flavor.

    Looking forward to the results!
     
  8. Can't wait, made a fresh & your smoked, the wife cleaned up your fry test. The smoked depth of flavor is intriguing me now can't wait.

    My old roommate and I are meeting up Friday to take part in an annual three day event we call Sausage Fest. It's always a fun time, but will definatly be better making sausage and talking about the previous nights dominace over Alabama and looking ahead toward a National Championship.
