Also this morning i have a rack of baby backs going on my MC PR36.

Using comp grade hickory kinksford and my pitmasterIQ110 to control the temp.

Ribs finally off the MC.

Might as well use some of the Rum bbq sauce.

Before the sauce.

Sauce mopped both sides.

After a 10 min flip on both sides to get dark.

Wrap em for about an hour.

No it wont melt.

Me and the Mrs both had lap band 2 years ago. I dont do many ribs since then cuz they are just to hard to eat. These turned out pretty good and tender.

WHOA! Those are some good looking ribs Nepas! Excellent job!

Great looking Ribs, Rick !!!!!

You did them on your PR 36?

I used to use a PRC-25, but I never smoked anything on it.
