Where do you all run the wires for your probes?

Vent or door. Usually door.

I run them through the vent first then if I have two thermos and a bunch of probes I will put some through the door to reduce the clutter.

Always thru the vent. On my MES 30 Gen 1 it's the top vent. It's never a good idea to close a door on wires. The probe wires can be prone to failure on their own as it is without helping them along.
