New member here to the forum as well as just getting into smoking. I have a quick question about seasoning my new 560. How quick after seasoning can you cook on the Masterfully 560. If I season in the morning can I do a cook in the afternoon. Sorry for the dumb question.

I started my first cook about two hours after the last seasoning run. As long as you did the three burn ins listed in the instructions I see no reason to wait. Running a smoker with no food in it is always a tease.
