Hey guys. Nick here from western mass. New to the page and smoking in general! I enjoy fishing, mushroom foraging, drinking beers and tinkering in the garage with whatever I can get my hands on!

I recently won a new bid at work that changes my schedule to 4 12 hour days on and then 4 days off consecutively so I came up with the idea to make my own smoker so on those days off I can get up early and toss some meat on the smoker for wifey and I. Not the best in the kitchen personally but I do well on the grill so a smoker had me intrigued!

I'm ready to soak up all the info i can here like a sponge!
